CapTingis Project
This mega complex is made on a ground-facing west, overlooking the coast and the ancient city of Tangier. Indeed, the geographical advantages are undeniable. Cap Tingis residence is open to the Mediterranean, with a coastline of about 1.3 km to a depth of 500 meters. Constructions are based on different levels and not exceeding 3 floors which will allow 80% of residents of the complex having a panoramic view over the sea. The project is designed in full compliance with the landscape, the residence homes are harmoniously faded around with shady palm groves, gardens and public squares. The spaces are elegantly designed, the view is great and seems to combine the collective pool water to those in the Mediterranean Sea. The apartments feature luxury amenities, are made at the option of a three-bedroom terraces.
